The new Aircall’s native MMS feature offers an enriched messaging experience with images and files for seamless and effective communication with customers and accelerating pre-sales opportunities. MMS messages can now be used on numbers from US and Canada by a reduce number of customers during Beta Phase. It will be available for all US and Canada numers in few weeks. When receiving or making a call, now the agent will see on the screen which of its lines, and phone numbers, the call is being received by/made with.

Have up to 5 participants on a call, and see who you're actually talking to by viewing the participant list. Control conversations with the ability to put a participant on hold, have them leave the call, or leave the call yourself but let participants remain.

Fix issue with the dialer view. We disabled the feature that allow you to call a contact from outside the application, until we find a solution. Sorry for the inconvenient.
